The É«ÇéÍøÕ¾n Drug Discovery Library (ADDL) is a carefully curated collection of 330,000 compounds for hit/lead identification. Representing the chemical space of >1 million chemically diverse, lead-like compounds, it is specifically designed to present a rich source of hits and tractable starting points for your Drug Discovery program.

The ADDL Collection is available to all É«ÇéÍøÕ¾n researchers. You can request access through the ALIDC.

NatureBank is a drug discovery resource collecting natural product extracts and fractions derived from É«ÇéÍøÕ¾n plants, fungi and marine invertebrates.

Samples have been processed into two libraries: ~20,000 natural product extracts and ~120,000 natural product fractions, derived from our library of more than 30,000 archived biota samples.

All samples have been prepared into five fractions to eliminate typical impurities and are stored ready for high-throughput screening against any disease. Request access to this unique resource through NatureBank.

Our Open Access Drug Libraries comprise the Selleck Kinase, Epigenetics (2016), MicroSource Spectrum FDA (2015) and MedChemExpress (2021) collections. These libraries are searchable via and provide researchers with biologically active and structurally diverse compounds:

Unique Samples

Samples submitted to Compounds É«ÇéÍøÕ¾ offer biologists a unique screening set.

We can perform substructure searches and similarity matching so focussed subsets can also be supplied, if desired, in addition to the complete diverse set.

Post-screening, Compounds É«ÇéÍøÕ¾ facilitates contact with sample owners for independent project follow-up and disclosure of structures. Compounds É«ÇéÍøÕ¾ does not take an ownership stake in resulting or background IP.

Available within our Open Access Academic library are ~11,000 compounds submitted by É«ÇéÍøÕ¾n universities and ~30,000 compounds deposited by the CSIRO.

• Intellectual Property of the compound belongs to the sample depositor (contact with the depositor can be facilitated by Compounds É«ÇéÍøÕ¾)

Our Open Access Scaffolds Library includes 34,000 commercially available compounds, focused on 1,200 unique scaffolds, with an average of 28 compounds per scaffold available for follow-up screening.

We recommend screening one or two compounds per scaffold, then requesting the scaffold cluster for follow up of active compounds.
