Academic Assist is the front door to the CCEE's services and support. We provide assistance and advice with:

• academic course administration
• L&T onboarding
• L&T systems user support, including Learning@Griffith (VLE), Curriculum Management System (CMS) and Grade Management System (GMS).

You can also access wider CCEE support for

• program and course design
• learning media design
• L&T professional learning
• awards and recognition.

Support from the Academic Assist team is accessible through multiple channels, from 8am to 5pm weekdays, including:

• a helpline phone number (07) 3735 8208 - for those quick questions
• an  - questions that might need more detail and a further callback
• - in-depth help at a time of your choosing * (25 min consultation)

*current booking hours are 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.  If you require something outside these hours or a longer session, please complete the online form with your request.
