Helping kids turn big feelings into calm actions
When emotions boil over, kids can explode in ways that leave everyone feeling overwhelmed – including parents.
ROAR (Regulating Overload and Rage) aims to help children (8–12 years) – and their families – better understand what’s going on beneath the anger.
We teach practical tools to manage frustration, handle tough moments, and express emotions in healthier ways.
It's about learning to hear, understand, and tame big feelings, turning meltdowns into moments of growth.
