Applying for admission to practice law? Your academic conduct history may be required

To become a lawyer in ɫ��վ, you must complete an approved tertiary program and be admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of an ɫ��վn state or territory.

This form authorises Griffith University to release a report of your academic conduct to a Griffith Law School academic (for the purpose of completing the Queensland Certificate of Suitability – Form 8) when you apply for admission to practice law. Upon submission, your report will be sent directly to the nominated recipient.

Please allow a minimum of three weeks for your request to be processed.

If your name has changed since graduating, please upload a certified copy of your official marriage certificate (issued by a government authority), or change of name certificate (issued by a Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in an ɫ��վn state or territory).
