About Lead with Impact 2025

This year’s program will help strengthen your skills to lead others—equipping you with the tools to lead with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Week 1:

Emotional Intelligence & How to Use It

Wednesday 17 September

Understand how Emotional Intelligence (EQ) impacts your team—and learn how to use it to bring out the best in yourself and others.

Week 2:

Building Others: Team Leader as Coach and Mentor

Wednesday 24 September

Whether you're leading a team or work alongside peers, this module gives you practical tools to support others and make a real impact at work.

Week 3:

EQ and Coaching for Stronger Leadership

Wednesday 1 October

A thought-provoking panel discussion with two distinguished Griffith alumni on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership—plus a live Q&A where you can ask questions and take part in the conversation.
