About Lead with Impact 2024

This year’s theme, Responsible Self Leadership, will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of responsible leadership and the skills to lead ethically in the modern workplace.

You’ll learn from leading Griffith academics and experts in their fields through a series of virtual sessions, interactive Q&A and self-paced learning. The program is ideally suited to new and emerging managers and leaders, as well as more experienced executives wanting to refresh or update their skills.

Explore the different styles of effective communication and understand and improve your own communication approach.

Week 4: Toolbox for Today’s Team Leaders

Dive into some of the key skills team leaders require throughout the employee lifecycle, including attracting and recruiting talent, performance management and failing forward.
