Our People
Researchers in the International Initiative for Transforming Human Origins Research are globally renowned leaders in their fields. The Co-Leads and Chief Investigators bring expertise across a broad range of complementary and connected disciplines, including genomics and ancient DNA, repatriation of human remains, Aboriginal knowledge systems, climate disaster prenatal stress, anthropology and palaeoanthropology, archaeology, geoarchaeology, archaeobotany, geochronology and geochemistry, palaeontology, palaeoecology, geography and climate science. By drawing on these diverse fields the International Initiative for Transforming Human Origins Research aims to weave a multivocal story of human evolution that connects us to our past and shapes our future.
