Tracey Stinson is an accomplished executive, board director and organisational consultant. Tracey has a proven ability to respectfully challenge the status quo and assist organisations and communities to realign their strategic direction and collaborate for sustainable outcomes.

Until recently Tracey was the Director of Sustainable Communities and Environment with Tweed Shire Council. In that role she drove the development and implementation of a Sustainability Strategy, a Renewable Energy Action Plan (25% renewable energy by 2022, 50% by 2025), a sustainable agriculture strategy and new three bin system, shifting social norms and reducing waste to landfill by 20%.

Tracey has an MBA, Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and is a graduate of the É«ÇéÍøÕ¾n Institute of Company Directors.
