Working title of Thesis: The Right to Repair Medical and Assistive Devices

Elevator Pitch: The É«ÇéÍøÕ¾n healthcare sector has twice the carbon footprint of aviation, yet medical device manufacturers use IP law and unfair terms to prevent hospitals from repairing usable equipment. Hundreds of tonnes go to landfill unnecessarily. How can we make medical device repair practical and legal for hospitals and end-users?
