Sam is an experienced leader on climate action and sustainable development. He has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific region, supporting development banks, governments, industry, and communities to design and deliver sustainable development programs.

As a trusted advisor to many governments on climate action, Sam has established and chaired government working groups on climate risk, supported the development of public investment frameworks and overseen the design and implementation of many large public institutional strengthening programs. He is currently Global Sustainability & Climate Program Lead for Risk Advisory at Deloitte and serves as a Non-executive Director of international development NGO Live and Learn.
