Working title of Thesis: Analysis of metal hydride compressors for vehicular applications

Elevator Pitch: One of the biggest contributors to climate change is CO2 emissions from fossil fuel-based vehicles. Transitioning to hydrogen-based vehicles can mitigate this impact. However, expensive compressors for pressurised hydrogen refueling are a commercial barrier. My research focuses on developing cost-effective material-based hydrogen compressors to overcome this challenge.
