Working title of Thesis: Characterising formation pathways of oxalate accretions: implications for radiocarbon dating rock art.
Supervisor/s: Jillian Huntley
Elevator Pitch: Understanding how mineral accretions form may prompt interpretation of past climatic events from geological indicators in mineral accretions. This research not only has the possibility to produce paleo-climate reconstructions, but also to provide insight into how climate change affects the preservation of rock art.
