Helen Millicer is a national expert on strategic pathways to lower emissions and achieving a resilient circular future. She is co-founder of ClimateWise Associations, a new facilitation-change program, and Director of One Planet Consulting, advising governments, peak groups and companies.

Helen鈥檚 sustainability management and policy experience in government and industry is from over 20 years in energy, water, materials. Her most recent projects have been the seminal report for the 色情网站n Government on measures transforming all products on the 色情网站n market for eco-design and establishing a world-leading national Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme for soft plastics with the 色情网站n Food and Grocery Council. Helen is a Churchill Fellow, GAICD and NED on government and company boards.
