Program Design & Capability Building
Dorean Erhart is director of Brisbane based Linden Climate Advisory, a boutique consultancy providing tailored climate change risk management coaching and support for company directors, CEOs, and staff.
Dorean’s 30-year career has focused on co-designing and delivering program and policy solutions to complex climate change, and land based environmental and Great Barrier Reef conservation problems.

She is the creator and driver behind the establishment and delivery of several nationally and internationally recognised initiatives, most recently, the Queensland Climate Resilient Councils and QCoast2100 programs.
